You Are Worth It! You Deserve So Much More From Yourself! Dr. Rick Wallace

Question: What gets you out of bed in the morning? This is your “why.” If your “why” isn’t big enough, you will struggle to put forth the massive effort necessary to truly live life the way it is intended. Your “why is connected to your purpose. When you know your purpose, the need to push through difficult times will diminish because your purpose will pull you through.

Nothing worthy of greatness comes easy. Stop looking for the easy path to achieving the phenomenal; it does not exist. Winning in this life is the result of exceptional discipline. You must develop a sickening work ethic. You have to learn how to work when no one is watching.

You have to change your behavioral patterns. To change your current situation requires the consistent application of a new discipline that replaces the old undesirable behavioral habits.

You have to know the answer to these three questions:
1. What are you trying to achieve?
2. What are you trying to avoid?
3. What is your game plan?

If you don’t have a very lucid answer for each of these questions, this is where you start.

Finally, you must accept the fact that if you are growing you will always be outside your comfort zone. You have to learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
