TRUMP SIGNS COVID RELIEF BILL PROMISES MORE MONEY TO COME. This was done to avert a government shutdown. My question: WHO CARES if the government shuts down? Perhaps our government NEEDS to shutdown. Perhaps if they shut down, they will start FEELING what we feel?
