on Tuesday said Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) was his “number one pick” to be named presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s running mate, knocking her unsuccessful presidential bid and complaining at length that she was “nasty” to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
