☕ Morning fam,
Kim Gardner is imploding, the sharks smell blood, black leaders are distancing themselves and I’m sitting here watching it all play out the very way I told you it would. I take no pleasure in any of it, I wish mofos had listened and all of this avoided. I don’t like being the messenger, especially when the message goes against black group think, nobody wants to hear it and there are consequences. I’m always the bad guy, negros take more offense at me talking about/critically analyzing this shit, than the fuckery happening or the mofos who made it so.

Before I get into all of that, lets talk about how we got here. We got here because negros fell for the okie doke, any black face will do and didn’t vet Kim Gardner. She came out of nowhere and was suddenly this black advocate. The reality? Kim Gardner was a mediocre prosecutor in a corrupt office that played the game, the same game she now pretends she didn’t partake in to get in her position.

She exploited the murder of Mike Brown and the Ferguson Uprising, used both as a backdrop to run on blackness, got elected and then moved forward on the agenda of her financial backers, going after their political foes and attacking conservatism all while trying to sell it to us as black power. None of it empowered black people but it made the negro guard happy to see one of their own crack the whip. For that they were willing to overlook all the warning signs and all her flaws no matter how detrimental to the black collective. Any critique deemed racist and/or sexist, both triggers to used to cloak her incompetence, malfeasance and prosecutorial misconduct.

They protected Kim Gardner at all costs, even as crime rose to historic levels, even murders. Even as black bodies piled up. Even as St. Louis was named child murder capitol. They rallied for Kim Gardner, not murdered black children or the hundreds of black murder victims the majority of cases unsolved.

They could only deflect and blame vast right wing conspiracies for so long before the bottom fell out. Yes Kim Gardner made political enemies by going after Greitens and the McCloskeys, but the scandal she finds herself engulfed in has nothing to do with either. It has to do with how she runs her office, the fallout and ramifications of what a judge described as “abandoning her duty” any threat to public safety as a result, falling on the Circuit Attorney’s Office.

It doesn’t look good fam, 3 murder cases dropped due to no-shows from her office. Nobody showed up to prosecute cases… on multiple occasions and ignoring court orders. A murder suspect released and on the run, Gardner’s office lying about him being apprehended. Assigning 30 homicides to a prosecutor who was on maternity leave then falsifying her digital signature on the cases. One she found out she was being scapegoated, she quit. The Circuit Attorney’s office is now facing questions about what Gardner said was a 100% turnover rate and exactly how many experienced prosecutors she has. Hundreds of cases have been dropped, possibly thousands and only one black leader has demanded accountability, Jamilah Nasheed. The rest, crickets. Their silence deafening.

Kim Gardner’s incompetence and professional aspirations have had a ripple effect throughout the state and beyond. Parsons is governor because of Kim Gardner, think about that the next time you criticize Bubba for being, well Bubba. Because of Kim Gardner either Eric Greitens or Mark McCloskey will be the Republican nominee for US Senate… and have a shot at winning.

Finally if you get more triggered by comments posted by racists than the fact that murderers of black victims are being set free, families are being denied justice and the impact on public safety you are part of the problem.
